Some serious Dr. Phil/Oprah shit going on

By nature I'm a fixer. I'm the oldest of me and my sisters and it was my job to fix things. For a long time I proved to be very good at "fixing" things, emotions, and people.

Yeah, I said people....

Lately my skills as the fixer have been seriously put to the test and I have failed.

I can not fix my marriage
I can not fix the Drama Princess's mounting emotional issues.
I can not fix the relationship between my sisters and I.
I can not fix my financial situation.
I can not fix my job situation.
I can not fix my dog's scratching/allergy problem.
I can not fix my weight problems.

Notice how my my issue/weight comes last on the list, that may be something that needs to be fixed too...

There I said it.....

I can not fix these things. I do not know where to begin to even try to.....

Anyone who knows me, can attest to how much of a humongous hit to my ego I'm taking for admitting all this.

Wait, is my ego something that needs to be fixed to???

I just came across your blog and noticed the affirmations your making are all negative and your are going to continue to experience the negative aspect of all the things you cannot fix. Why don't you try changing them to positives like "My marriage is great", " I am glad my marriage is healed" "Everything always works itself out", " I have a great marriage" and continue to think and affirm these things in your head and watch things change. " I love my job", "I am happy that I do what I love", " I am wealthy", "money comes easily to me", "I have a healthy dog", "My dog is in perfect health", " I am the perfect size, I am slim, I am healthy, Iam firm, Iam toned", " I have a great relationship with my sister" write down morning, noon and night and watch eveything change.... Oh by the way Organic Apple Cider Vinegar from the health food store should clear up your sons lice problem. 3 tblsp in 8oz of water and rinse daily for a a few days. Good luck, Just trying to be helpful....
